Baby #2

So my husband and I just found out we are pregnant with baby #2 on Wednesday I took 2 pregnancy tests and both came full on positive I’m excited and nervous for our lil peanut nervous cause it’s my second pregnancy and I’m not sure what to expect because I’m having symptoms I didn’t have with my first one. My first pregnancy was super easy and this one I’m nauseous almost on a daily basis any mommy’s who can give me insight on how to help with that.
