Endo pain help

I got diagnosed with endo back in November, I have been on and off the pill and trying new ones constantly but nothing has worked. A few months ago, in March, I got a new pill but it made me extremely sick so after 2 weeks of taking it, I had to stop. My periods have my painful but bareable, I had my last period 2 weeks ago but when it finished I had discharge with blood streaks going through it a few times a day for 3 days of so. Which sometimes I get, but usually at the start of a period. I had unprotected sex whilst a day into my period but he didn't finish in me, in fact he was only in for no more than 20 seconds. But this month my back is killing me, my nipples are swollen like I get on my period, and my ovaries are burning like crazy, also I feel sick sometimes, but that passes. I really need some help, I've never had a cycle where I had no period pain, but extreme pain after.
