Ectopic pregnancy?

For those who have had the unfortunate news of an ectopic..
How far along were you when you knew something was wrong?
What symptoms did you have?? 
I’m asking as I’m 4 weeks today and have this cramp/pinch in my left ovary that comes and goes. It’s been happening since ovulation. Never painful, just for sure noticeable!

I found out at 10 weeks. Because I started bleeding and had very mild pain. ( like period pain) at first I thought it was my period, but then i was only spotting and it lasted a long time :(
Apparently it’s painful. But this wasn’t the case for me until my tube had already started to rupture. 
Good luck though. Go have an ultrasound to make sure your pregnancy is viable. They will be able to tell you straight away. Xx

I only knew something went wrong when I starting testing my hcg but I did have pain in my left side that was my first real symptoms that made me test at 11dpo. No doctor acted like my pain had anything to do with my ectopic pregnancy though so I am not sure.

I didn’t get a positive test until 6 weeks cause of it being ectopic, I had bleeding from week 4-6 that was dark reddy brown and watery and the pain in my side was increasingly painful to the point of unbearable from week 5 onwards. They didn’t pick up that it was ectopic until 7 weeks. But I guess I knew the whole time something was off from the pain and bleeding even though I didn’t know I was pregnant for most of it.

i was about 4 weeks, i had no pain what so ever, very little eeding as well. prayers
