Baby grinding teeth?

Is there anything I can do to prevent my son from grinding his teeth? He has two bottom teeth and two top teeth and loves to grind them together. The awful sound gets under my skin, plus I’d like to prevent damage to his baby teeth.

Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do to get them to stop. My daughter does it when she is teething. The dentist said they usually outgrow it.
