Sleep training?

How many moms are sleep training their LO just started my 5months old and it’s going ok...

We started sleep-training light at around 8 weeks (baby sleeping in her own bed, taking scheduled naps, bedtime routine, not-so-strict eating schedule). She kinda sleep-trained herself by 10 weeks.

What method are you using? We are planning on sleep training at 6 months. 😊

We did at 3 months. Kind of took a while to be consistent but I think it helped her get through the sleep regression pretty quickly and now she's such a champ. Her nap rhythms are starting to be more consistent now which is great, but we still struggle getting her to take nice long naps at home on the weekends like she does at daycare.
