So went to the dr this afternoon and was told we had to skip treatment this month. Last month was my first month of meds. I did one round of letrozole followed up by a round of clomid (same cycle). I had success with clomid. I ended up with 1 large follicle and was feeling very very hopeful! Well I started my period yesterday.... went in for an ultrasound today, and there were about 15 mature follicles. CRAZY! Doctor isn’t sure why this happened. She said it rare that people have this kind of reaction to the meds.... so now I have to go on birth control for this cycle and try another plan of action next month. I feel so defeated and frustrated. It’s so hard and my friends and family just don’t understand.
