So I think I want to attempt a VBAC, I was wondering what kinds of recovery limitations I might expect with it if I am successful? I know there are many factors in a vaginal birth such as if I have a bad tear or something but I'm just wondering about peoples recovery experience and limitations during recovery with a succesful VBAC. I want to prepare my partner for the fact that if I end up not having a surgical birth like last time I will still need plenty of support and assistance with recovery and I am not sure what to expect if I am successful with my VBAC. Please tell your stories!
