Not sure what to think......

MIL throwing my baby shower then finding out she's inviting people that I told her not to invite because I either don't associate with these people and/or don't even know at all. I appreciate what she's doing for me but, upset she still invited these people here after she had asked me if it was okay for them to be here in the first place and I told her no. Oh and by the way the baby shower is here at my house. Anyone have had this happen?
