Any Type 1 diabetics out there who are currently TTC?

Question

Looking to discuss with people in similar situations...my hubby and I have been TTC for 9 months now, I've been a type 1 diabetic for 14 years, I am 33 now and was diagnosed in college. I'm on an insulin pump and cgm, and a1c has been steady at 6.3 for over a year now in preparation for TTC. Getting impatient and looking to hear from others!

My sister is type 1 diagnosed at 10 years old and is now 39, and had a much higher a1c. Although they weren't big into contraception, when they did try they've been successful within a few months. She now has a 4 1/2 and 1 yr old. Good luck!
