Scared

So today I went to the doctor for my 3 week baby update and I noticed I had a lump under my armpit and my breast has been stinging often and hurting my obgyn examined it and gave me a referral to Karmanos Cancer Center and it's 3 cm and I'm scared because breast cancer runs on my dad and mom side of the family and I'm pregnant with twin boys I just hope it isn't cancer I'm only 24 years old. 😖😖😖😖😖
