Cramping in first trimester?

I know people on here have said they've had cramping and its normal but I've had a miscarriage so I'm extra panicky about this cramping. It's inly happened a few times but the last time it lasted for several minutes and was pretty sharp before subsiding. I'm worried 😰

I've had cramping on and off my whole time now and I'm 18 weeks today. I had a miscarriage before this pregnancy and I didn't even cramp, only bled. I think cramping is normal and is okay, as long as it's not accompanied with bleeding. However, if it gets so strong it's painful and still no bleeding I'd check with your doctor just to be sure. But usually with no bleeding it's normal. Good luck!

I'm 6 weeks. It's too much blood not to be something serious. I'm like 99% sure it's a miscarriage. Was way worse last time but I was farther along at 9 weeks last time. Way more than spotting though and dark red

I would go to the er I had red bleeding n it was a subchorionic bleed it's the worst to bleed in pregnancy! I'm sorry! 😔😔

I had cramping and stretching/pulling sensations in the beginning.... I still do get them sometimes- I'm 25 weeks now. Try not to worry and stress too much! Stay positive!! And always contact your doctor/nurse if you are really concerned.
