Trying conceive after MC

Hi ladies,

I'm currently going through what I think is an early mc. I would be 5 weeks 5 days today. Last night I started cramping and bleeding and have been bleeding ever since whenever I wipe. Long story short (I have another post for that story) I went to the ER last night and my HCG levels were only 29. Getting retested Thursday, but I'm pretty sure I've lost this pregnancy.

When is it safe to start TTC again? I've read some people try right away after the mc and others wait a cycle. I know being emotionally ready is also a factor.
