I’ve just come down with these terrible period like cramps. I’m thinking ok my period came early, but once I️ get on the toilet the cramps intensify and next thing I️ know I’m going #2 (diarrhea) with terrible pain. I️ finish and lay back down thinking I’m ok. As soon as I️ hit the pillow the cramps return and I’m back in the restroom. Is this a case of food poisoning ? B4 bed I️ had 3 slices of pizza (one pepperoni and sausage, two pineapple and ham) . I️ feel so sick Rn holy shit
