Those of you having leg cramps...
I've been going to the chiropractor every week for the last month or so because I keep having the same crampy pain in my hips, thighs and legs. She said that when your pregnant your ligaments are loose but my adjustments should be staying longer than a few days. So she recommended 2 natural supplements for me to take. She said my body is probably not absorbing the vitamins I need or I'm just not getting enough. These are the 2 she gave me. The cataplex F is supposed to really help with those leg cramps!! Might be something you want to look into to help...She also told me I need to increase my water intake, get 15 minutes of sun exposure a day for vitamin D, add lots of protein to my diet and also more fats.
