milky white watery discharge @ exactly 39 weeks — SORRY TMI PICTURE

i just woke up and made it just out of my bedroom on my way to the bathroom where i felt a slight gush ran to the toilet to check and was left with this sorry picture is tmi! i’m exactly 39 weeks today, and ofcourse dr. google isn’t being much help. it’s the first time i’ve ever had discharge like this🤦🏼‍♀️

lower abdomen is kind of crampy but more uncomfortable period type but they aren’t extremely painful just very dull and mild , and i’ve had a stiff back for a few days now
