Word of encouragement needed: 6wks 4days

I'm 6weeks 4 days today,  yesterday I had a vaginal ultrasound done and they couldn't see any heartbeat they they saw sack/yolk and from last week to this week it has been growing fine but they said to come back in a week by then I will be 7wks 3days and if still nothing there gonna terminate pregnancy aka D&C! I'm scared, I'm sad, I'm confused, I'm hurting and just terrified! Anyone else had this same issue!? And what happened did baby heartbeat show up!? My s/o is not being supportive at all I'm drain and torn apart!
