PMS-Don't know how to stop the negativity

I always get really negative in the week or two before my period. The shitty thoughts and feelings get so intense and I know on a level that they're irrational and just PMS again but it's just hard to ignore it 24/7 for a whole week/week and a half. I just think the worst of EVERY LITTLE THING and overthinking like crazy and I just don't know how to help it. I did this doodle yesterday in my bullet journal to help myself get out of it but it only works momentarily. Anyone else relate and have any advice/stories/anything really? Just needed to get this out.
