I fainted at graduation!? Help

I’m about 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant, and yesterday during my high school graduation when we were about to switch our tassels, I had severe severe cramps. I’ve never had such bad pain like that and they were consistent. I had kept my pregnancy a secret for the most part, but like so so many people knew because of rumors that were going around. I told my two best friends who were both sitting on each side of me that I needed to get out of there and by that point I was about to cry and I was sweating buckets within like 20 seconds! I felt like I was about to faint and I could feel myself about to go down, at this point my class stood up to switch the tassels and throw their caps. That’s when I fainted and fell off my chair and my two best friends were freaking out while nobody noticed for like another 3 minutes because it was so loud and everyone was celebrating. I woke up around 5 minutes after and there were so many people surrounding me in a circle freaking out and there were doctors around me elevating my legs and checking my pulse and just everything was going on lol! So after this all happened, the rumor about me being pregnant spread even more, and it became teacher gossip too lol.

My question is if this is normal at all? I know that a lot of pregnant women faint, but is it normal to have such severe cramps beforehand?

I haven’t gone to the doctors yet at all, my appointment is in 4 days but I’m wondering if I should go sooner!!? Thanks ladies!
