Any advise please

So I know the patch is supposed to stop me from ovulating, but it still feels like I ovulate each month the cramping on one side or the other a little bit after my period. I had sex 2 weeks ago on Sunday the 27 and my fiance ended cumming in me, I took a plan b the day after, i was also on my second week of birth control. this past week I've been having light cramping nothing like period cramps and very small stabbing feeling pains, my breast have also been very sore for the past 2 weeks. is it possible to be pregnant? period is also late 2 days
