One of My fiancé’s best friends is a girl who is very flirtatious and open sexually and kinda territorial with him when it comes to him being with me to the point she tries to keep him away from me when we’re all together. BUT I am very confident in myself and know that if he really wanted her he’d be with her not me. He consistently ignores her flirting and comments and will walk over to me and be with me. He has proved time and time again that he is faithful and gives me no reason to distrust him. After all I have a ring on my finger and she is just a friend. Ladies if you trust your man and he doesn’t encourage her advances if there are any and you are confident in yourself and your relationship there is nothing to worry about!

Had this problem with my bf he had a friend that was a girl the problem was I knew for a fact that he wanted him.... he didn’t believe me until she outright told him she wanted to basically have sex with him 🤷🏽‍♀️ and I was not having it he doesn’t talk to her anymore.... you can’t trust these girl who say they just “want to be friends”

Yes I would be uncomfortable. I never used to be until 3 guys in a row cheated on me with their “she is just a friend” friend. I decided after that I won’t date a guy that has a girl best friend. My husband doesn’t have any friends that are girls except for his friends wives that he sees when we all hang out. I’m aware I shouldn’t judge others based on past behavior of others but it hurt way too much to even bother putting myself in that situation again. I would have preferred to be single

Me and my hubby have been friends since the age of 8 we were in the same school and classes when we got older our friendship grew we were both having relationships but we always knew there was something there we never really acted on it (we would kiss occasionally on nights out) until when I moved out at 18 so then we were spending a LOT more time together not always by ourselves within about a month we were officially together we’ve now been together 10 years are married with a 5 year old son and a baby girl on the way. We shared the same close friends and when they found out we were officially together they all said they could see the connection we had even before we did. I’m sorry that is probably not the answer you were looking for but it does happen it’s also happened to quite a lot of people who were also I’m mine and my husbands year in school.
