i used to masturbate with shower head when i was 7 or 8 .I didn't know what was i doing it just felt good so i did it everyday .Now that i know was i doinh back then i really feel embarrassed .Also in so many years i have become addiction ti doing iy and do it around 2-3 times a day .Is it bad .Like i feel really embarrassed about myself .Can someone pls tell me what should i feel .
