how to get rid of stretch marks ?

i had a baby a month ago and i have stretch marks all over my tummy ans some on my back and it makes me highly insecure to take my shirt off infront of my fiance and we have been together for almost a year. Does anyone have andy ideas on how to get rid of stretch marks?

You can't get rid of them but you can use lotions to make them lighter/fade. Palmers worked for mine.

Time and hydration can make them less noticeable but there’s no way to get rid of them. :(
