mirena IUD

I got my iud out on may 29th I had my normal period right away. My bf and had unprotected sex but he usually pull out but he didn’t on last week. So I was wondering if I might end up getting pregnant cause I did some research and some says it take three months and some can get pregnant right away. And I now have started to get acne on my face which I never have in my life. I already have a 2 year old from a previous relationship who my bf loves so much☺️☺️ I did took a test but it was negative so I thought maybe I did it too soon.
