Letrozole without period
I’m doing 4 unmonitored cycles. (I did 2 monitored all was good with average of 35 day cycles) on letrozole. This cycle however my period never came. So I took a pregnancy test and it’s negative. Should I do letrozole anyways? It’s cycle day 56 with nothing in sight? What would be the harm to do it?
