When I went for my PAP, my OB did a breast exam on me. Everything went fine and she explained to me what to do, but when she did it I was lying down. Since my appt my boobs have grown I think two cup sizes (I haven’t been measured by a professional but I have done self measurements and they’ve been accurate enough) and now there’s too much boob for me to do the exam lying down. I know there are other ways/positions to do it, but for the big busty ladies out there how do y’all do it? Standing? Sitting?
