New face wash while pregnant?

Is it okay to start washing your face with a new product while pregnant? I never really washed my face religiously but my acne is getting pretty bad with the hormones. Do I have to avoid certain products or can I use anything?

You can start using face wash! I was told to not use salicylic acid so I switched and now use cetaphil!

Belli face wash was the only thing that toned down my pregnancy acne. It’s pregnancy safe, and you can order from amazon. I used the spot treatment too.

Yes. I use African black soap. It's gentle and keeps my skin from breaking out. You can get a bottle from Target.
