Is 5 ultrasound during pregnancy too many?

I heard that too many ultrasounds can be harmful to baby. Is 5 too many?

If it’s medically necessary then do it  The long term effects of ultrasound on unborn babies is unknown so that’s why they say don’t get them unless you need them.

I was originally only supposed to have two ultrasounds but it was medically necessary to have more from 32 weeks until being induced at 39 + 3 (hypertension and she was measuring a little behind) I had NSTs twice a week and an AFI once a week. So 7 ultrasounds in the last 7 weeks. Baby girl is totally healthy and fine. Just a bit small but healthy and gaining like she should. She was 6 lb 4 oz at birth and almost 10 lbs at her 2 month. But that's not because of the ultrasounds lol just small like her daddy (I'm 5 foot 9 and hes like 5 foot 3) 😂😂😂

I’m having twins and have to have them every 4 wks in the beginning, and every 2 wks now. Soon they’ll move to every week. If they caused problems I’m sure they wouldn’t do them.
