Anyone have any tricks to get your ear to pop? Mine has now been clogged for 12 hours due to congestion from a cold thanks to my toddler. I am in so much pain that the entire right side of my face feels like it’s under water. I tired a hot shower, Holding my face over steam, warm compresses on sinuses and now I’m chewing gum waiting for my Benadryl and sudaphed to kick in which is what my doctor told me to try. I am going crazy because it’s so uncomfortable, please if if you have any suggestions let me know!!! I’m miserable!!
