Sore breasts 😣

My breasts have been sore for a little over two weeks now. I thought I was pregnant . I got a few vfls but turned to be bfn. I’m unclear when/ if I ovulated last week but I had EWCM Monday and watery all week. Now I have creamy cm. My period is due in about a week. Why do my boobs still hurt? Ugh
