Friends vs. Relationship

I agree that it shouldn’t be a big deal to on occasion (and with permission) look through your SO’s phone when you’re bored or something. It’s not like you’re trying to find dirt, and it shows trust. There is a level of honesty intimacy in it.

But, what differentiates looking through your SO’s phone, and looking through your friends phone??

I don’t think it’s okay to look through a friends phone.
