why would you need to do that? if you're on birth control and you take it correctly, you're already protected 
of course, if you aren't taking it properly and have missed a few pills, take it late, etc, then you can take a plan b. but you should also look into condoms as well instead of just jumping straight to plan b. 
otherwise it's not a good idea because it's too many hormones.

NEVER do this!!!! If you are on birth control of any kind there is absolutely NO reason to take plan b!!! It would be very dangerous! Plan b is a very high dose of birth control hormones and should only be used in an emergency. If you're on birth control then there is no emergency.
