Sensitive vagina after sex

Idk what is going on but especially now that I’m pregnant, it’s like sex feels good,I orgasm and everything, but sometimes my vagina gets swollen and irritated. Like we can’t have sex more than 3 times a weeks bc I know it’s going to hurt. No yeast infection. No std. We use lube at times. It’s to the point where I’m horny but I know my vagina is sensitive. And if it’s hurting and he nuts, it burns. Idk why though. Am I alone? What can I do?? Is this a medical issue? I had this prob a little bit before pregnant but not often bc we were having sex everyday at one point
