Herpes??

I have been getting this little bumps on my labia lately. They’re like little pimples, and they don’t hurt unless I try to pop them or try to shave them. They go away in about 3 days, but then new ones pop up a few weeks later. I have had unprotected sex with the same man for about 9 months, and he’s the only one I’ve ever slept with. The bumps usually come up after I haven’t shaved for a few days. Could it be herpes?? Depending on responses I will see a doctor.
