How long do you have to wait after vaginal birth to work out ???

Yeah, they say to wait until doctor gives approval. But it also depends on your situation. I exercised five days a week while pregnant and really felt I knew my body. So I went for a run two weeks postpartum and I was fine. I also waited until I had stopped bleeding.

I was approved at my 4week pp check but I was already walking before that. So once I was approved I started walking faster and on an incline on my treadmill then a light jog and worked up to running and weights.
