Itchy/cracking Nips...
I have really itchy nips! I scratch at them as carefully as I can, but then they crack/scab and it's driving me nuts-not to mention it's so painful! (Not pregnant or breastfeeding)
I use lotion/hydrocortisone cream several times a day and it only helps for a few minutes at a time. I have tried to google symptoms and treatments and everything says it's not something to worry about. However, this has been going on for about 6/8 months....a little long I think.
Other than switching laundry detergent and buying new bras...idk what else I should try/do? Has anyone had this? Has anyone tried something that was successful to make it stop??
