Ouch 😥
I was sitting down and cleaning the cat litter (gloves and all that and I have a strictly indoor cat so risk is essentially zero) and I leaned forward, not over reaching or anything, and I instantly got cramps 😢 Now I want to finish chores but I've gotta rest again 😥
