So I haven't started af yet but I'm 15 dpo with bfn this am. Next cycle I'm going to use opk and bbt. It will be the first time using bbt. Can someone tell me exactly how to do it? What to watch for I mean, when to start. Etc. I know how to take my temp. Thank you in advance.
