29 weeks, Charlie horses in the middle of the night
Just wondering if any pregnant ladies experience/d this! I will wake up to use the restroom in the middle of the night, or plain just wake up from very painful Charlie’s horses usually in one leg. Last night it was the opposite leg than what it usually is, but is there anything to do? Sometimes it wakes up my husband too and he’ll massage it for me, but I feel awful when I wake him too!
