I’m 32 weeks and 1 day... someone help

I was going pee and I stood up and put my underwear on and suddenly run of clear liquid came down my leg and I thought it was just left over pee but now my back it hurting I’m not sure what to do.. whether this is my water leaking or what... I’m so scared bc I’m only 32 weeks!
