Snake found in nursing home

There wasn’t an article attached to this, but I watched the video interview.

The daughter of the lady in the nursing home is the one pictured. She claims that if her mom were to have seen the snake that was in the nursing home, her mom would have had a heart attack. She wants the nursing home to take full responsibility.

Keep in mind, this happened in Mississippi, right outside of Memphis TN. There are tons of snakes. We have them in our yard/house almost every summer.

It also mentioned she called the head of the chain of that nursing home And asked them to take full responsibility. She never really states what she means by “responsibility”.
