How do I get him to finish his side of this??

I have been casually seeing this guy for a while now, think he’s really cute and all but no go relationship for both of us. I’ll go I’ve to his place sometimes just to get some and cuddle and whatnot and while he ALWAYS gets off, I’m always left hanging! Is there any way y’all can help me figure out what to casually bring up/say to get him to step up his game?? I don’t want to just totally let him go, but is that what I’m probably going to have to do?? I’m also really shy about saying things out loud, but I’m always down for insinuating things...help!!
