Skin problems

Does anyone have PUPPP or any other skin disorders/rashes? My skin is on fire today. I have a rash on my chest, my sides, the back of my neck/hair line and even red inflamed armpits... what gives?? i thought it could be my razor because my bikini line is red too... but its everywhere and its been about 2 days since i shaved. The razor was kind of dull and i didnt realize until after that i was using the more dull one.. but why would it be on the rest of me too? Ive always had sensitive skin but right now its sooo itchy and it feels like poison ivy. I should also add my SO does landscaping and he has poison ivy but he washed it so the oils arent on it. That was last week too so i dont think thats what it is
