Not TTC, but period is late 10-12 days, anyone else have a similar thing happen to them?

I'm Very regular usually so this is really odd. Bfn today with fist morning urine using a dollar store test. Thyroid is normal, just had bloodwork. I'm stumped. Let me know if you ended up pregnant, how long it took to get a positive, I hate this not knowing what is going on. I just want af or bfp, anything at this point would be great.
