6 weeks 1 day!

I am 6w 1d. I have zero nausea which is the complete opposite of my previous two pregnancies, my boobs are a little tender, but that is it. I have had on and off cramping. Went in for an ultrasound today and the gestational sac measured 6w 1d, a yolk sac was spotted, but no heartbeat or fetal pole. With my previous pregnancy, I went in at 6w 3d and the fetal pole was present/measurable and there was also a heartbeat.

I’m so nervous. Any experiences like this?
