BFP with very little / no symptoms?

Question

Is it common to get a BFP with no symptoms? I have had a few shooting pains in my uterus area, been emotional, slightly tired and creamy CM. But no sore breast’s, nipples, or nausea (about 4 weeks pregnant currently) is this normal? I have PCOS if that matters

Sometimes women don’t get sore breasts until the milk starts arriving. And statistics show that women who do t usually get breast pain before their period don’t suffer with it so badly in pregnancy :)

I am the same and sort of worried that it’s going to be a chemical...
I really want to feel something!
