Soon to be first time home buyers 😍🎉

I don’t wanna post this on my social media just yet until we actually have an accepted offer. But tomorrow morning our realtor will be putting in our very first offer EVER on a house 🙈 Asking price is 239,900 but we offered 240,000 obviously the owner will probably start a bidding war which is fine. But I am IN LOVE with this house. The most we will bid is 244,000.. so I’m hoping and PRAYING TO GOD we get this house. It’s in a beautiful gated community w/HOA which my hubs and I like hoa’s.. ugh I’m so freaking excited but I’m keeping a negative thought and low expectations in case we don’t get this house. FINGERS CROSSED 🤞🏼
