Cycle day 70 ready to give up

Amber • Thu, Jul 09 • I am 33 I have PCOS so that makes things a little harder but I just found out I'm pregnant for the second time due December 2022 and my 1st baby was born in January 2021

Hi have PCOS my husband and I have been TTC for 2 years I take 2000 mg of metformin a day and prenatles they are suppose to help regulate my period but it seems they are not working for me I am about ready to give up on TTC is their anything else I should try to help me regulate my cycle please help
