How much sex?

Hey glowers! Just curious, when you are around your ovulation time, approx how many times do you and your SO BD?! Just want to know if we are doing it enough/too much?

We do it when it feels right which usually is every other day but this afternoon I got surprised lol so it was the first day then skip third day then skip yesterday and today. Hopefully its our month 🙏🙏 gl&bd to you!

This cycle we did everyday  of ovulation week till hubby said he only had dust left lol

Every other day pretty much starting a week after my cycle starts. I do this because my ovulation is very hard to track. Its exausting!!

Some do it every day, some are every other day. Too much sex actually lowers sperm count ! Gl

We do it every third day. My husband has a very low sperm count so it's better for us to not do it too often. This is our first month trying for baby #5 and it worked for our other three pregnancies (we have twins 😉).
