I need on advice

How do I explain this this month I was so disappointed because I got my period but it was really weird like spotting I got half day more flow but that was it spotting and the third day nothing. I was feeling weird the last few days almost a week that I got the bleeding I decided to make a pregnancy test and it came out vfl and I did a first response and same vfl and I ask here what they could see some say it was ident I Did on other test today and again vfl that’s to much coincidence what y’all think
