12 days late, negative digital

Hey ladies! Just wanted your opinions on this because I’m losing my mind a little. I got my last period may 7th. I then had to have an emergency appendectomy on May 17th. I was supposed to get my period June 2nd but no sign of it and no pms symptoms either. I did an ovulation strip on the 5th (while I was supposed to have my period) and it was super dark. So now I’m confused because I took a digital hpt this morning and it was a negative. Please share if any of you have had any similar experiences! 😩
